Latin Cafe 2000, Bored Cuban and Catch of the Day are operated by Castell Enterprises Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through our mobile apps, websites and online ordering, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, and your rewards account.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our point-of-sale provider, Toast, Inc. We do not store your full card number.
- App and device information: device type, app version, and, if you allow it, push notification permissions and location (used only to show nearby locations and delivery options).
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders and send order updates.
- To run our rewards programs (points, rewards and birthday offers).
- To send offers and news by email, text or push notification if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve our menus, service and apps.
How we share it
- With Toast, Inc., which provides our ordering, payment, rewards and app platform, and with delivery partners when you place a delivery order.
- When required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Turn off push notifications in your phone's settings.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to texts.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing ejc@castellenterprises.com.
Children
Our apps and services are not directed to children under 13.
